Warranty

 

SolarChoice Heat warrants that this heating-unit will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, provided that the product was installed, used and maintained properly and in accordance with the SolarChoice Heater’s printed installation instructions. The limited lifetime warranty is extended to the original purchaser only, in the original window for which it was intended. The warranty does not include any conditions or damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, sun fading, excessive humidity, failure to follow any printed instructions that accompany the product or minor repairs. This warranty does not apply to conditions resulting from normal wear and tear.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

SolarChoice reserves the right to inspect any part or component prior to issuing replacements. In order for repair or replacement to be made, a photo-copy of the original Bill of Sale, canceled-check or other payment record, verifying the original purchase date, must be presented to SolarChoice Heaters

Returns


In the event you feel a part or an entire heating-unit requires return to SolarChoice … Follow these simple steps.

1. Contact SolarChoice Customer Service Department at (888) 74 ECO HEAT (888-743-2643) to request and obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorization number. Provide your return telephone number and your E-Mail address to our representative.

A Return of Merchandise Authorization number can also be requested by sending an e-mail, along with a detailed description of the problem, to solarchoiceheat.com. Be sure to include in your e-mail both a telephone number and your e-mail address.

2. Using the original shipping container or packaging, or other adequate packing and shipping materials, carefully wrap the part or entire heating-unit and send it, Pre-Paid to the following address: Be sure to Display your RMA number on or right next to the address label. (Example): R M A # 00000

3. Include a detailed explanation of the problem inside the package. Include on this explanation your full name, address including zip code, telephone number, e-mail address, and RMA number. Also include inside the package a photo-copy of the original Bill of Sale, cancelled-check or other payment record, verifying the original purchase date.

** SolarChoice Heat will not be responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment. **

You will be contacted within 24-hours of the arrival of your RMA-numbered package, unless arrival of the package occurs on a weekend or holiday, in which case you will be contacted within the next business day following such weekend or holiday.

NOTE: Remember to Save the Original packaging / shipping-container to allow a return if required.
